A collector in the city is a series of illustrations for bus stops in Taipei for Taipei Fine Arts Museum by Taiwan based illustrator Whooli Chen. Whooli is member of the creative duo sometime-else practice. She has a MA degree in illustration field from University of the Arts of London. She misses an urban fox in London that she spent a summer with. She loves literature and art, whether together or apart.
