Husler & Rose is an online boutique selling furniture, homewares and lifestyle pieces, born of a passion for objects that are thoughtfully designed, made with care and built to last using quality materials. We designed the brand identity and visual language with overlaid blocks of colour and pattern, inspired by Herbert Bayer’s Bauhaus posters and old Jazz record sleeve designs of Duke Ellington.
When chatting to owner and furniture maker Ben Rowland about the project his dedication to restoration and personal care and attention to the finer details of the pieces he sold really shone through. We tried to echo this personal touch in the marketing collateral leaving blank spaces for him to customise his business cards with messages for customers.
