The space in Between : Christian Aschman

The space in Between is a book about a conversation with Christian Aschman by Stéphane Léger, published by Théophile’s Papers, an itinerant publishing platform that operates from Paris and Brussels. The project was carried out during Aschman’s artist residency at the Youkobo Art Space in Tokyo in March and April 2014.


 

Christian Aschman is a freelance photographer who divides his time between Luxembourg and Brussels. After his studies in Visual Communication at the Ecole de Recherche Graphique in Brussels, Christian started to work as professional in 1992. His work has been published in such magazines as Archiduc, Desirs, Elle Belgique, Elle Wonen, Kaiserin, Madame Figaro, Man, Nico, Süddeutsche Zeitung Magazin, M#00 Brazil, Beople, Line by Wallpaper, Têtu, Weekend-Le Vif, and Weekend–Knack.
