Thomas Raat is a Dutch conceptual artist who creates large-scale paintings, sculptures and objects through a colorful and geometric compositions, deeply inspired by European modernist philosophy and graphic design tradition. As he defined himself, more than a creative individual who makes art, he sees himself like an observer, a journalist that instead of writing an essay, makes something visual.
