Amanda Wieczorek is a Michigan born artist now based in London and this is her Recollections series, a set of seven paintings, inspired by Tantric imagery, composed of a structured set of shapes and symbols that create ambiguous instruments for identifying the self in a multi-dimensional, sacred architecture. These large scale works investigate the interior geometries in the realms of the microcosm and the macrocosm.
